Today’s drink is named after one of our favorite islands on the current sailing trip in #croatia (swipe left for a view from the cocktail bar). Travarica is a unique ‘herbal grappa‘ we discovered here. It is said to have medicinal effects and has a very clean herbal flavor. We used local fresh lemons and a local Pear liqueur for a refreshing sundowner.
